CleanKept adheres to a 48-hour cancellation/rescheduling policy. This means that if you need to reschedule your appointment with us, you must let our offices know a minimum of forty-eight hours in advance.
Failure to let us know at least two days before your scheduled appointment results in a cancellation/rescheduling fee of $30.00. If your appointment was made through a promotional offer, failure to notify our office at least forty-eight hours in advance results in the forfeiture of that offer.
Service appointments are required and are subject to availability.
