LivingSocial vouchers are for time, not rooms. Typically, first-time visits to any home require more time and attention to detail. A two-hour voucher accounts for a general cleaning only in four rooms of your home. A three-hour voucher accounts for a general cleaning only in six rooms of your home. A four-hour voucher accounts for a general cleaning only in eight rooms of your home. CleanKept does not guarantee that any work will be done outside of these rooms. This time does not include additional work (i.e. baseboards, windows, blinds, etc.)
To better determine how much time you need, contact our offices and discuss your service with us. If your requested service makes more work than can be accomplished in the time allotted by your voucher and you have not made arrangements with our office to accommodate this work beforehand, the housekeepers will cease work and depart, despite any uncleaned items. If you require additional time, please notify the office when you are setting up your appointment. The housekeepers are unable to add additional time to your appointment at the door. For each hour of additional work, there will be a charge of $30.00 per hour, to maintain the integrity of the promotion. This will be due and payable at the time of service, with cash or check payment.
We are also strictly enforcing our standard 48-hour cancellation/rescheduling policy. Appointments are required and subject to availability.
